Although the National e-Invoice System was supposed to be mandatory for several months, in April last year the Ministry of Finance postponed the date of its introduction again. The amendment to the KSeF Act was published by the Ministry of Finance and announces new dates for the introduction of the obligation.
February 1, 2026 – for companies with an annual turnover exceeding PLN 200 million
April 1, 2026 – for other taxpayers.
The Act also provides for an additional 6 months for implementation for companies with revenues lower than PLN 10,000 per month.
